The City of Karachi comprises of over 25M people. It is an entertainment starved City where there are limited outlets for people to relax and enjoy fun time with their families. Recently, the trend of Farm houses has picked up along Super Highway and National Highway where people go out over the weekend to relax and enjoy with their families. However, these farmhouses lack any unique features, offering little beyond their remote location. A significant drawback is their proximity to industrial zones, which can impact the overall experience.
The city is beautifully situated along the Arabian Sea, boasting a stunning, expansive beach that stretches over 1,000 miles, offering endless opportunities for recreation and leisure. Unfortunately, this coastline has yet to be developed to its full potential.

Given the limited options available locally it is a well-known fact that high end individuals and upper elite class of the country take to the route of South East Asia, Middle East, US & Europe in search of luxury and entertainment.

It is with this background that we have planned to develop a high-end luxury sea Resort Club, specifically designed to meet the entertainment needs of elite individuals seeking premium leisure experiences with their families. This initiative aims to offer unparalleled luxury in accordance with international standards. This Resort promises a harmonious blend of natural beauty and sophisticated luxury, creating an un-matched seaside experience.
